The following vacancies exist at the Seychelles Licensing Authority:


The Seychelles Licensing Authority wishes to invite suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill the following post.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform driving duties relating to transportation of Officers on official duties.
  • Dispatch and collection of correspondence.
  • Keeping a good daily mileage record.
  • A good oversight on allocated vehicle (adequate fuel, report any defect, vehicle is kept clean and correctly used at all times).

Entry Requirements:

  •   A valid Driving Licence Class 2 with 2 years driving experience.
  • S5 level of Education with a pass in English.

Salary: SB2 + Scheme of Service Allowances



Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Carry out inspections on both islands on a daily basis to ensure that they are in order, that regulation and conditions are complied with.
  • Investigate cases including unlicensed activities and other contravention of the Licenses Regulations, taking statements whenever necessary and submit report for appropriate action.
  • Undertaking joint inspection with other Inspectors, Officials of other Ministries, Departments and regulatory bodies on Praslin and La Digue.
  • Compiling reports or case files.
  • Responsible for the Licensing Inspector/Assistant.
  • Oversee the Inspectorate unit for Praslin/La Digue Office.

Entry Requirements:

  •  Diploma in Management plus 4 years’ work experience as an Inspector; or
  • Certificate in Management plus 5 years’ work experience as an Inspector.

Salary: SB6 + Scheme of Service Allowances
