Seychelles Licensing Authority (SLA) would like to inform members of the public since 1 April 2023, all grocery retail outlets must have an electronic cash register installed before making any purchases.

The condition will not apply to kiosks, market vendors, street vendors, tuck shops, food vans and snack shops at present.
