Documents To Accompany Application

a) Documentary proof to the satisfaction of the Authority that the company has in its employment persons of good standing who are not disqualified under regulation 7 and who by reason of their profession, qualification or experience are capable of providing the services required under and of ensuring compliance with the International Business Companies Act;

b) Documentary proof to the satisfaction of the Authority that the company has an issued capital of not less than R25,000.

License Condition

Subject to complying with the licences (professional services) regulations 1996.

To display this licence at a conspicuous place on the business premises specified in the licence.
