The Licence Holder should inform the Authority of any transfer of any machine from the establishment to another or in case it has broken down beyond economical repair. In the case of the purchase of a new machine an application for a licence should be made or to replace it with one which cannot be repaired.

Licence Condition

SUBJECT TO LICENCES (COIN OPERATED MACHINES) REGULATIONS 1987.

This Licence permits you to keep and operate Coin Operated Machines as shown hereunder on the following premises.

No alcoholic beverages are to be consumed or sold on the premises.

The hours of business for persons (children) under the apparent age of 18 shall be from 9am to 6pm from Mondays to Sundays.

To display this licence at a conspicuous place on the business premises specified in the licence.
