Licence Condition

(i) To report monthly to the seychelles licensing authority on the total “take and payout”.

(iii) To keep record of total hits.

(iv) To register complaints for inspection by the seychelles licensing authority.

(v) Have a cash flow/bank balance amounting to the total prizes for all the betting
actually being offered.

(vi) The holder of the license shall not deliver or issue a betting ticket to a person
under 18 years of age or permit such person to take part in any betting activity
or be present in the premises where the betting activity is conducted.

(vii) A notice shall be exhibited in a conspicuous place in the premises stipulating the
betting activity organized, the prizes offered and the rules of the betting activity.
