Documents To Accompany Application

a) in the case of an individual applying for a licence to provide professional services as a marine and cargo surveyor

(i) a true copy of his degree or diploma in the field of Maritime Studies.

(ii) Documentary proof to the satisfaction of the Authority that the application has the necessary experience to practice as marine and cargo surveyor.

b) in the case of a firm the degree or diploma referred to in paragraph (a) (I) and documentary proof of experience referred to in paragraph (a) (ii), in respect of each of the partners of the firm;

c) in the case of a corporate body

(I) Documentary proof to the satisfaction of the Authority that the corporate body has in its employment persons who satisfy the requirements of paragraph (a). a true copy of the certificate of incorporation and

(ii) Memorandum of association of the company.
